A/C & Climate Control
Car A/C Repair in Pasadena & Hollywood
A/C that blows warm is almost always a leak. Topping it up without finding the leak just vents refrigerant into the air and empties your wallet twice.
We find the leak before we fill the system
Air conditioning is a sealed system. If it is low on refrigerant, refrigerant went somewhere. A recharge without leak detection is a temporary fix that fails again in weeks — and refrigerant is not cheap. We pressure-test and use electronic leak detection and UV dye to locate the actual failure point first.

Common symptoms
- Blows cool, not cold. Usually low refrigerant from a slow leak.
- Blows warm entirely. Compressor not engaging, a large leak, or an electrical fault.
- Cold at speed, warm at idle. Often a condenser airflow or cooling fan problem.
- Musty smell when you turn it on. Typically the evaporator or a long-overdue cabin filter.
- Loud click or rattle when A/C engages. Compressor clutch or a failing compressor.
- Water on the passenger floor. Blocked evaporator drain.
Get it fixed before the heat
Los Angeles summers put A/C under load for months at a time, and the shops fill up the week the first heat wave lands. Spring is the cheap time to fix a system that was marginal last year — the leak is smaller and you are not waiting behind everyone else.
